When I called to request service, the phone was answered immediately by a very helpful young lady, not a recording, and she had Doug here in less than 2 hours. Way to go Zoom Drain!!!

Doug did an excellent job. He was on time, figured out the problem, explained it clearly to me and fixed the issue. This was an emergency call on a Sunday, and I was impressed with Zoom Drain that a person picked up the phone rather than having to leave a message for a call back.

Zoom did a great job on both my home and my in-law's home. Courteous, professional and very transparent on the process and findings. I would highly recommend to friends and neighbors. They may not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. They way I see it: Its inevitable to get a bill, but you should at least know what you're paying for and that its done right.

My old mid century home got complex drain lines due to add ons. Our plumber Donell spent time and efforts to clean our clog and the pipe after using the snake, camera, and water pressure. Cleaned the area afterwards. Thorough and professional. Thank you

Zoom Drain is a lifesaver. I had an unforeseen emergency (A palm tree was planted on top of the main sewer valve Years ago, not by me). The roots of the palm tree had begun to tangle into the pipes and in the sewer line, causing my pipes to back up. Zoom Drain was contacted, and the technician, Douglas, who is fantastic, immediately assessed the problem correctly. The office manager, Allison, stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Zoom Drain for any plumbing issue.

We were very impressed with Zoom Drain. I was able to make a same day appointment. Doug showed up on time and was able to unclog the sewer line. He even double checked to see if there were any breaks. Thankfully no breaks. Will definitely use them in the future if needed.

Good and efficient service. Worked on two drains and took less than an hour to snake. Charges amounted to $700 per hour for labor. Way overpriced. Will check prices before I use someone else but not Zoom for overcharging. They also charge 2.75% fee for credit and debit cards so I wrote them a check.

My kitchen sink was draining super slow because of the grease clogging in the drainage line. I googled the service providers in my area and decided to call Zoom Drain after going through a long list of the providers. I am glad that at the end of the day, I didn't had any regret for my selection. Extremely satisfactory service from the start to the finish! Mr Donell was prompt, professional and courteous. Beside Saturday, he came in a very reasonable time after I booked the service. He helped me out to get me a discount on the quote for the repair.
Donell was friendly, reasonable and informative in every aspect of the work done. He spent almost 2 hours to clear the clog and showed the water running to me with camera video and gave his professional advice based on the status of the drain line. Donell came in with shoe sleeves, mat and towels to lay at the working area, which kept the house clean. He removed every obstacle himself and put them back as they were originally. I could never felt that any dirty work was done there except the smell which was obvious. Thanks Zoom Drain and Donell taking good care of fixing my issue.
