I recently hired Zoom Drain for some plumbing work at my home, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service they provided. From the moment he arrived, Ryan was punctual, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the issue, explained what needed to be done in straightforward terms, and provided a fair and transparent quote before starting any work. What really stood out was his friendly attitude and willingness to answer questions. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and cares about doing the job right the first time. I would highly recommend Zoom Drain to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and skilled plumber. Great experience from start to finish!

Ryan from Zoom Drain, was amazing! He was on time, professional & was transparent and upfront about the costs. Luckily for us, he was quickly able to fix our clog and cleaned up well after himself when he was done!
Allison, the lady that called me back to set the appointment, was also extremely helpful and friendly!
Overall, I highly recommend using Ryan/Zoom Drain for any of your plumbing needs. -
The office response was very professional and prompt. Ryan arrived right when he said he would and helped us take care of our issue. He provided photo and video evidence of the problem and also when it was solved. Highly recommend for timely, affordable commercial plumbing!

We called Zoom Drain just a few days before our Christmas party when our kitchen sink backed up. Our plumber, Donell, was able to come out that same afternoon. He was very informative, answered all of our questions, and had the clog fixed quickly. He didn’t try to upsell us and clearly explained the possible fixes and costs before getting started. Their pricing was lower than Roto-Rooter, and they used a camera scope at no additional charge, which really helped us understand the issue. We were very impressed and will definitely use Zoom Drain again.

Super satisfied experience! Donell is nice, honest, professional, and high efficient.
My kitchen sink drains super slow because of the grease clogging in the drainage. A big name company tried to unclog it for two hours the day before, but failed. The clog is too deep for them.
Then I found and called Zoom drain, they had time on the same day. We made a reservation. 45 minutes before appointment time, the company send me the information of technician with his picture, and a link that can show the real time location of the technician.
Donell arrived on time. He came in with shoe sleeves, even the wheels of the power tool have sleeves, mat and towels are laid at the working area, which kept the house clean. He asked the detail of the problem, answered my questions, and shared his professional opinions. He showed me the solutions available, the price is reasonable. He never tried to sell me any unnecessary services, that’s the style of a good contractor. He finished the job in 30 minutes, and also showed me the result in drain with pipe inspection camera. After confirming I’m satisfied with the work, he sent both receipts and job report to my email. Everything is perfect.
So what I want to say is, choose the right company from the beginning, and Zoom Drain is the right one.
Keep the good work! -
OMG!! Doug was my tech guy. He was very knowledgeable about the system. He stated he would get the job done. He did just that. I had to make him take a break and get water. He was admitted about being done in a few more minutes and would love some water. Y’all he was done in NO time! Thank you so much for coming out to fix the problem. You are the BEST!!!

Oh boy, wait till you hear this. This review is for the Fort Bend County Area of this franchise. This particular review also pertains to the private ownership for this franchise.
Before the Christmas Holidays, my pipes clogged, so I called Centerpoint's Home Serve. Unfortunately, I had just signed up with their policy and needed to have a 30 day waiting period for sewer line service in the backyard; I only had indoor plumbing services in effect. So, I called this Houston Plumbing Company number, and this company called me back which is this one. I had not initially called their number at all.
Well, they were very personable and professional phone on the phone. So, I made an appointment.
One day or so later, days after Christmas, the Zoom Drain technician arrived and used his camera on the backyard sewer line, which was over $100.00 the estimate that Home Serve Contractors quoted me. He immediately stated that an excavation was needed, quoted at $3,800.00 with 1/2 due at commencement. (Oh, get this, this estimate was about $1,500.00 over the estimate that Home Serve contractors offered in December.) He even stated that the pipe may be under the tree, which is entirely inaccurate because the tree is well over 50 years old, and the builders would not have placed the tree over the pipe nor built under it.
(Aside for this push for an early excavation, the fees for these procedures are extremely over priced for this private franchise, in my opinion. Moreover, I only had one comparison with another contractor in the Fort Bend County area! The camera fee was at least 100.00 over and the excavation was over 1,500.00 including extra feet excavation estimate. Yes, there is even a charge for using your debit card or credit card on site.)
I was ready to just get started, but I waited a day and decided to wait for the 30 day period with Home Serve. Well, just last week, Home Serve's Contractors came and "snaked" the back yard pipe and hydro jetted it! That was it! (Zoom Drain's technician merely poked the camera and stated that it would not go any farther.)
The Zoom Drain technician did not at any time tell me that they could "snake" the back yard sewer line first nor hydro jet it first. I had not even heard of the term until Home Serve's contractors showed up in January of 2026.
I emailed them (Zoom Drain) my complaint, and they stated that their technician did give me that option which is not true at all. I emailed them a rebuttal and the fact that their phone number is not accurate for the Houston Area-Metro but streamlines to the Zoom Drain Company. (Oh, I am serious. You can call the Houston Plumbing Company and their franchise receives the calls.)
My point: I almost ended up excavating my entire back yard and possibly having to pay for removal of a tree for who knows how long the process would have taken, including fees for extra feet which were noted on Zoom's estimate. This was a possible scam, in my opinion, as a 60-year-old veteran female teacher.
I am not sure if this is a tactic always used or not, for individuals that are desperate and quickly making an appointment for excavation.
Just be careful, and I recommend signing up for Centerpoint's Home Serve, which includes Sewage, Water line or both as Premier, Electric, HVAC (Heating and Cooling with tune up) and Water heater service for pennies per month per each. Just ask Center Point about these services; it is Nation Wide. You can review their suggested contractors and decide on your services. No fee upon house visit because it is part of your policy with Home Serve.
**The Response is also inaccurate here on this Google Review. The technician DID NOT provide an option to excavation. The purpose of my review is to note this particular complaint. They just wanted to excavate and noted that this was the only route to remedy the problem. Very Bad. Very Bad. -
Professional, fast, and reliable. They fixed my leaking pipe without any hassle.

Aqua-Temp Plumbing has always come through for me, even in emergencies. Reliable and knowledgeable plumbers!
-
Aqua Temp was referred to me by neighbor years ago, they have been out to fix my toilet, kitchen sink, a leak from first floor into basement and this last time leak from 2nd floor to the kitchen. Tommy the owner is very knowledgeable and honest man. He was able pinpoint the exact spot in my celling that the leak was coming from even though the water was dripping down several feet away. I wrote him a check for over the amount I owed him and he noticed it and called me to let me know he would swing by the next day to get a new check. Wouldn't choose any other plumber if I need future work done.

I would never recommend this company. The plumber installed a sump pump and installed piping which drilled through my foundation. The sump pump was not only installed wrong but we did not even need a SUMP PUMP! After the work was done, we complained and they ignored us. So we paid 1400 for a sump pump and piping and now I have a hole through my foundation. And we will never need this. Thanks Aqua Temp. You scammed me.

-
Have been very helpful and courteous every time I Have been There and competitively priced
-
Great service, much easier than going to home depot. Especially during a pandemic.
-
Excellent inventory and displays. Very helpful and knowledgeable sales people.
-
Horribly unhelpful
The customer service agents sold me the incorrect part twice, then directed me to a place that does not sell to the public
Like the other reviewer said, "waste of time" -
Please get someone nicer to answer your phones. Incredibly short, rude, and unhelpful. You lost a customer that was ready to purchase today. Going to Standard Plumbing Supply.
