    My thermostat stat went out in the midst of a scorching time in July 2025. I called and then left a text re my situation. Someone immediately texted back and a service person was here by 11:00AM that morning. They offered emergency service, but I declined and waited until the next day. Polite, timely and respectful. Did an excellent job!!!

    This company is absolutely amazing! They’re kind and extremely helpful. It’s so refreshing to have a business that will take care of the issue without trying to sell you anything extra (that you don’t need). I called after hours and got their answering service but was offered to continue with text. I made an appointment for 2 days away, but they reached out and said they were going to fit me in the next day. They called me when they were 30 minutes out so I could make sure either my husband or I was there. When they got there, they were so knowledgeable and even taught us simple maintenance tricks we can do in the future. Long story short, I’m not going anywhere else to get my AC serviced.

    Wright & Son did an excellent work replacing our two office units. While others were telling us we'd be "down" for two days during the install, Wright worked with us and not only did the job in 1 day, but we were able to keep our office working and productive during the install. Excellent technicians, excellent sales experience and 100% satisfied and then some. Highly recommend. We'll also be using them to maintain the units at our Practice Facility.
