I called for an estimate and when I called to ask if they could start work in a week I got a response if I will check my schedule and never heard nothing back!
I scheduled an appointment using their online scheduling tool. I got an email to put it on my calendar. No one ever showed up I didn't even receive a phone call saying they couldn't make it or needed to reschedule.
Got back to me right away and sent text that he was in route to the location that needed repairs, but I never got a quote :( I don't know if he even made it to the house because there was no communication after the last text. I did follow up with a VM but no response.
The owner is a crook, steer away from them. He did a job for me and when i posted bad about his company and him, he came back to residence and un did what i paid him to do. He also stole over 350 dollars from me by saying he is qualified to do eviction, he is not.
I finally got someone to come give an estimate after 3 attempts, they said they would be out the following week to do the work but never arrived, tried email, phone and got assured on their chat that they would contact me! Nope! Decided to call a company that actually cares.
