I bought a toilet and I found the tank was broken till the installation. They asked me to pick up a new one, and again, they gave me a wrong model... !!
Full of incompetence. Very poor in communicating. Trying to set up flooring installation and delivery. Multiple times they changed orders, delivery options, and failed to notify me. I had to call to correct everything and even when they set something up, they fail to enter into the system correctly so it has to get done multiple times. Never seems like enough people working either, so be prepared to wait or get put on hold.
I dont like how they screen their outsourced contractors. They should all be held to a standard. I purchased a microwave here and a random guy showed up to install it. When they left we noticed a large scratch on the table. I am sure its an accident but trying to work with home depot was a mess. They didn't care and didn't compensate us at all. When i asked them to come back and see the scratch it ended up being a completely different group of guys ????
worst experience ever - do NOT buy any flooring here ! the supposed "expert" who they insisted had to come out to our house assured me the laminate floor would be no problem, took the day off after waiting weeks for the floor ( and paying all in advance) - installers said , No , Home Depot got it wrong, they could not install ( despite being the installers that Home Depot works with and had subcontracted this to). Now a month of limbo, calling on daily basis - no one can resolve it, they are asking for random extra amounts unjustifiable on any paperwork - installer has given them figures. They no longer return our calls or call us - as they have our money we have no choice but to go to court, currently dealing with supposed customer care and HQ - what a bunch of crooks and liars. do not go there for flooring, suggest Lowes or anywhere else, inefficient, inept and inconsiderate. No one is running this store.
