    Buyer Beware! I purchased new granite countertops for my kitchen. I had an arranged an appointment with a Home Depot vendor plumbing company (Bynum & Sons Plumbing, Inc.) to disconnect the sink's plumbing before the granite top installation. I called Bynum to confirm my appointment and was advised the plumber would call me prior to his arrival. The plumber never showed up within the scheduled three-hour window appointment. In addition, the plumber never called me to advise that he was running late or if he needed to reschedule. This was unprofessional and terrible customer service. Because of this inconvenience, this will delays the installation my granite kitchen counter tops. Also called Home Depot and spoke to a representative in the kitchen department and a manager regarding the ordeal and inconvenience. I'm still waiting for Home Depot's resolution for the terrible mishap. Stay tuned...

    This should really be zero stars. My family ordered 3 replacement doors for our home on October 19 and the order is still incomplete. We received the back door and the garage door and still have not received the front entry door replacement. When they installed my rear door the door it was done when only my mother was at the house and they left it uneven and not properly closing. They even tore off the base boards by the door and left them off the wall. The garage door will not close at all unless you lift up on the handle or slam it forcefully. We still are having problems with the doors and Home Depot has yet to accept responsibility for their contractors to have the issue resolved.

    I am just giving them one start to be able to share my experience. People you need to stay away from Home Depot Appliances installers, they are lazy an unprofessional, they do not have the proper tools to install a dishwasher or a microwave, both appliances left uninstall. Horrible experience.
