Got a window replaced a few months ago. The quality of the work was very good. The process was a little annoying due to all the different people that called me asking the same questions. The installation crew was professional and On Time! The on time part was crucial for me. Nobody has time to be waiting all day for something I already paid for. Props on the depot for their promptness.
Worst experience ever! Purchased laminate flooring to be installed in my house, built in 2007 and after ripping up the carpet, prepping the floors, and picking up the product myself, the installers show up telling me that it will be an additional $900 to prep my floors. When I contacted the manager, he was no help in regards to this situation. Then on top of it, I purchased this flooring with the home depot credit card, agreeing to the terms "6 months, no interest" and when I received my 2nd bill I was charged interest! This corporation is running a scam and their customer service is the worst! I will honestly never walk into another home depot in my life! Save yourself a headache and go to Lowes or any other home improvement store!!!!
We have always had great luck with the associated and products at this store but in May of 2016 we bought 600 worth of carpet from here and had it installed and it's absolutely terrible. The carpet is tearing up and we have strings everywhere I have a two year old in my home and I have to worry about him running around and getting it in his toes or wrapped around his fingers. When I called to see if they would validate the guarantee I was too months too late.they don't even stand behind there product at all!!
