Chad and Ryan from Capital City are the most honorable, easy to work with general contractors out there. They delivered a quality product, on time, on budget, and went the extra mile numerous times to ensure we were happy customers. Their prices are fair and the quality is great. Plus their crews are courteous, clean up after themselves, and know what they are doing. I would definitely recommend them, and I have, for small and large jobs around the home. We couldn't be happier and I hope to use them again sometime.
Chad Harrington with Capital City Construction did a complete remodel on a flip home for me and saved the day! They did a fantastic job and most importantly, I didn't have to babysit them. I left the project in their hands from beginning to end and made very few decisions with very little job oversight. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly to anyone interested in remodeling their home.
The team at Capital City were great to work with not only on our mold remediation project but also helping with other projects at the house. With three young kids it was critical to have the mold issue properly mitigated and Chad and the Capital City team did a fantastic job. I hope we do not have any other mold issues in future houses but if we do - Capital City will be our go to company. They also were super helpful with recommending other vendors in our home remodel project. Definitely recommend Capital City's services - they were reliable, on time, in budget and friendly.
We had a water leak on our ceiling. Jeremy visited promptly, explained our options, and answered all our questions. Matt did a great job with mold remediation, carefully sealing off the surrounding areas, explaining the process, and finishing the work on time. He left the worksite spotless! We highly recommend this company, and would not hesitate to hire them again.
This is an excellent company to work with, and I would highly recommend. I had black mold behind walls on 2 sides of lower level due to drainage issues. Chad was very responsive and detailed 2 projects that were completed in 2020. Involved mold mitigation, painting, ceramic tile and carpeting replacement throughout most of the lower level. Chad assisted in selecting high quality materials that fit home esthetic while keeping to my budget. Where necessary he brought in experts to address specific expertise. The results were better than I ever expected. Chad remained in contact throughout the project. The work crew leads (Halsten & Matt) were both terrific - prompt, very professional, meticulous and very clean. I am working with Capital City Construction again now to plan a couple work projects on the exterior of my home this spring.
