    Well my mom got Mr. Collins name from a reputable appliance center to fix her dryer. He came out and fixed it for her and gave her a senior discount. My washing machine kept getting out of balance so I called him to come out but I live out of his service area. So in his text he reported what is most likely causing the issue so I ordered the parts and fixed it myself. the fact that he told me the problem meant a lot to me. And it’s working perfectly again.
