    Joey came to my home today for what I thought was a problem with my washer. It turns out the issue with something else that is not their scope of practice. However, it was nice to get a diagnosis. Joey was super respectful and took his time explaining to me exactly what was wrong. He also offered to speak to the appropriate tradesman if needed to explain what the issue was. I think that this business is top notch and I will definitely use them again.

    Steve and Joey were absolutely fantastic to work with. Communication were very good. They knew exactly what they were doing and had the job done very promptly . And the good news is that my dishwasher runs like new. Have used other appliance repair services in the past But won’t use anyone else in the future, except for My Appliance guys exclamation!

    We are very happy with the service we received from Steve. He was responsive, efficient, and professional. He came to our house on a Tuesday to inspect our fridge that had stopped dispensing water and ice. He found the issue quickly, ordered a new part and was back on Thursday to complete the repair. Everything is working great now and I would recommend him to anyone needing an appliance repair.
