    This is now my second time using action repair for my fridge . Nadia to begin with was outstanding! She got everything handled with Samsung very fast and was able to get the parts need and a technician to the house asap. Both technicians were professional friendly and did great work.     Great experience and customer service! Never great to lose an appliance at the start of a long holiday weekend, but this company made it as pleasant an experience as possible getting us on the schedule. They were very timely, responsive, and as nice as could be. Had parts on truck, service was quick and professional (Fred took his shoes off before coming in our house, and rearranged his vehicle in driveway to get us all in). Would recommend and would call them again when we have future appliance repair needs. Thank you!

    Technician Fred did a Wonderful job. I called in to have my Washer Repaired. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. Upon his return to finish the repair my Refrigerator stopped working. He diagnosed the Refrigerator after repairing the Washer and also was able to get my Fridge fixed on the spot. Glad they know what they are doing. Truly pleased with their Service and would Highly Recommend.
