They were contracted by Whirlpool to come check my washer to see if it could be fixed or replaced by my warranty company. They came and said it needed to be replaced. Here it is 2 days later and they still haven’t submitted the report to my warranty company so I can start the process. I called them and they told me it would be another few days. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. I will be letting Whirlpool know about this and demand they never contract me to them ever again. It shouldn’t take a week to submit a report that says we can’t fix it and it needs to be replaced. That should have been done the same day.
