    Today my washer was serviced after being cancelled on yesterday (waiting all day for tech to cancel at 5pm with no explanation). Tech came today and when he left I noticed that he had used a bowl from my kitchen to do a portion of the repair/test. He left the bowl in my laundry room, didn't have the courtesy to at least put it back. Furthermore, one of the parts that needed to be replaced was the detergent dispenser. When he had left, I noticed instead of replacing it, he left it on the washer, I guess for me to replace it?? What is he being paid for? I'll pass on doing business with Sears going forward.

    Very disappointed that he showed up in 6 hours. What happened with 8-12? He had 9 appointments and I was #5. Shame on Sears to make us wait 6 hours for a service technician. Yes it was not his fault, but, Sears should not promise customers a 4 hour window!
