Very happy with the service on the washing machine. Max came the same day we needed help. He was friendly, knowledgeable and fixed the problem. Will call this company again.
My fridge door wasn't closing. They came on time , fixed the issue at a fair price and cleaned my condenser coils. I am highly satisfied with their work and will recommend/ use them again in the future.
-Same day or next day appointments (two hour window) -Reasonable prices -On time (within the two hour window given) -Text when on their way -Polite -Quick service and diagnostic I will definitely call them again when I need more assistance with my appliances.
We had a great experience! Gints came on the same day we reached out for service. Diagnosed the issue and told us the cost of repair. Very personable and professional. Had to order a part, so it took a second trip. Came to replace a defective part as scheduled. I would definitely call the Utah Appliance Experts again. They are honest, knowledgeable and diligent. I highly recommend their repair services.
Horrible experience! Had them out in October 2022 to fix the dryer, and kept adding additional changes until I ended up paying nearly a grand due to hundreds of dollars in unexpected increases, new dryers cost less than that. The needed part was a week out and then was delayed a week on top of that, a $25 discount was offered for the delay - they’ll make it up it’s okay. When contesting the bill given with additional charges for new parts that I didn’t agree to nor were required the service man told me he was offended and hurt that I wasn't appreciative but rather upset when he was being so thoughtful by doing what was best for me by offering me an extra service. Really, I hurt your feelings by questioning that you jacked the price up hundreds of dollars? How about offering options, giving a choice, that is service! When expressing this to the service line they said the solution was to have him remove the parts that he unnecessarily replaced and put the old ones back in. He had already been at my house for half the day and now not in welcome conditions and I’m a mom home alone with her young children. I wanted him out ASAP. Plus I have confidence if this was asked labor charges would have been a topic. Also, the final bill had charges on it that I had already paid as a down payment that they were trying to double collect. They did correct that but it took me calling it out. Fast forward to January 2023 when my expensesive dry with all sorts of new parts that have a warranty offered on their work by this company isn't working. Called the company who was quick to exclude over the phone any warranty, but they can send someone. I advised I don’t want any work done by them unless it’s warranty, I won’t pay a cent more to this company. Advised they can send someone but if not warranty there is a fee even if no work is done. Ummm, no thank you! The woman on the phone was very quick to advise my issue isn’t covered without asking anything about the issue. I advised her it’s giving me the error code “call service” she said it’s a different issue because last time it was making a noise. Yep, okay. Certainly can tell nothing is possibly warranty work, even with all those “new” parts that were put in, with the little info offered on the phone.
I wont ever call them again. They wanted about 5 times the cost of an OEM part and about 10 times the cost of an aftermarket part to make a simple 15 min range repair. I feel like they were drastically overpriced for the service they wanted to provide.
