From our 1st phone call, Megan, was extremely helpful and kind, initiating our Service Request. She understood exactly what our concerns were regarding our Warranty company guidelines for our refrigerator. The Service Professional, Don, came out within 48 hours and was so thorough in helping us understand the issue, but also in submitting the specific details required by Warranty company. 5 out of 5 stars, and we will be recommending only them going forward!!!
