This company is a fraud and a scam. On August 28, 2025. I had a musty guy name Zui Leibovic come to service my dryer. He has very bad hygiene. I was told that he would have to clean my vents in my attic to my dryer. Mind you I have a brand new home. I was told it would cost $300 which I paid. He told me that it would take some time. After about 3 min he stated he was done. suspicious because he said it would take some time. When I went into my wash room. My dryer vent was taking apart. I called the company because Zui stated I had a 1yr warranty. I asked to have someone else come out. They had the same person Zui call me I recognize his voice. He got very confrontational and stated that I was lying and said that he wasn’t gonna do anything. When I called the company back he was in the back yelling. The person who answered kept hanging up on me. I called 6 times I was very professional with them I only wanted what I paid for, but they choose to rip me off. They were trying to charge me again. When the first time it was not completed.
