    Matt is awesome!! 😁 When I first called him about our GE oven not coming to temp and our stove burners inconsistently starting, he gave me the rundown on what each item would cost to repair vs buying a new unit. He was more than happy to chat about our best options for the price; during his service call he found that one component on our unit came incorrectly assembled from the factory, and would've been a costly (and totally unnecessary) headache to replace -so he advised us against it. Matt ended up saving us a LOT of money and we're incredibly grateful! In the same visit he also fixed our GE freezer in our side by side fridge/freezer; it had suddenly started running all the time instead of only turning on to cool it back down to temp. Matt walked us through what he'd be doing on his service call, came over a couple days later (after the freezer had thawed for the test) and diagnosed it as a malfunctioning defrost heater behind the back wall of the freezer. Haven't had a problem with it since! We couldn't be happier with Matt's customer service, expert knowledge, and years of experience in his trade. Highly recommend!!
