Make sure you get a quote in writing up front if you decide to hire this man. He came and gave us a quote, gave us an excellent deal. Beat out all other services. He was very personable, knew his stuff. Told us the trees we wanted removed weren’t bad, wouldn’t take him no time to do it. He was supposed to come out in 2 weeks. He kept putting it off until it was a month later. When he did Finally show up, he walked around the yard and told me he didn’t know why he gave me the quote that he did, that it was going to be an extra $2,000 on top of what he already told us. So now we are in a bind and had to have them taken down, and to reschedule with someone else would have been another month out. So now, we still have 2 trees up that he told us he would remove, and it still cost me an extra $1,000. The work he did so was good, but he completely swindled us from the start and did not do the job he told us he would.
Bob has completed several tree removal projects for me over the years. He is always professional, gives fair pricing and does excellent work. I would not call anyone else!
Wonderful experience working with Bob. Our neighbor’s tree fell on our house. He came out and provided us an estimate. Of the 4 companies that looked at the job and provided an estimate Bob at Deep South Tree Experts was by far the lowest. He was able to get started removing the tree the very next day. Finished the job in 3 hours. Final cost was actually less than the original estimate (because he said it took him less time than he estimated). Can’t beat that.
