    I reached out to Central Florida Aroborcare due to the overwhelmingly positive reviews and recommendations of friends. Unfortunately, there terrible communication made it impossible to work with them. I called to have them come out to do a quote on some tree trimming a month ago. They said they would reach out when they were able to come out. Over a week went by with zero communication. I called them and they acted annoyed that I reached out to see what was going on. A couple days later, someone finally came to my house. I was a little apprehensive of the price but since we had been putting this off for a while we decided to just go with them. I accepted the proposal and the waiting game started again. There was zero communication about what would happen next. I waited over a week again with no communication and was done with them. All it would have taken was one short communication telling me they were busy or an estimated time for scheduling. With no communication, I was forced again to call them to see what in the world was going on. They offered no explanation other than we are busy. No updates on timing for service. I cancelled the proposal on the spot. I called a competitor who showed up the next day and has me on the schedule already for hundreds of dollars less. There is no excuse for the lack of communication. Needless to say, I will not be calling them ever again. Save yourself the frustration and shop around.
