ATX does a gret job at a fair price. They have state of the art equipment and courteous employees.
Slow to do work. Ten Weeks passed before they did the job. Service was done to satisfaction upon completion.
This company is contracted by my town for monthly curbside branch removal. If they perform private jobs like they perform our service I would stay as far away as possible. After watching their crews on multiple occasions, it's painfully obvious they couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. They only use hands for picking up piles of branches instead of rakes, and will spread around what's left with their feet, including what's in the road. I even had their supervisor come behind them one day and ask me if they had left all of the sticks and branches in the road. When I answered yes , his excuse was that it was Monday and they were probably hung over. Guessing nothing will change with a boss that has that attitude.
I have nothing but praise for for the ATX crew (contrary to some other recent reviews). They work quickly, efficiently, and safely using the finest equipment necessary for the various jobs they take on. And their monthly pickups of township contracted limb piles are clean, thorough, reliable and very much appreciated. I highly recommend ATX.
Every aspect of this project was handled smoothly. Priced quickly and fairly, scheduling was transparent, and they met or exceeded all expectations. The removed trees ranged from smaller, gnarly ones to a massive live oak that was overhanging power lines. Everything was brought down cleanly, debris was cleaned up neatly, and minimal disruption to the yard was done. There was zero damage to anything on the property. All in all - would 100% call again for tree removal or pruning needs. Professionals from start to finish.
