Advance Tree Care provided A+ Service. From the initial call for an estimate, office communication, scheduling and tree removal everything was perfect. They were on time as promised, very knowledgeable and super clean! I was not aware of the actual science it is to remove such a large tree, and am so happy that I chose such a great company! Awesome service, great prices, and excellent work, you will not be disappointed!
The team from Advanced Tree Care did a great job. Everyone was very polite and efficient. They were excellent at cleaning up tree debris and trimming a raw tree branch. Communication with the office was excellent. All my calls and texts were promptly returned.
I highly recommend Advanced Tree Care. We were referred to them by our neighbors and are so glad we went with them. They were VERY easy to communicate with and responded quickly (well within 24 hrs) to my initial request and questions. Jean arranged for a quick estimate which we received the day after Advanced Tree Care came out to take a look at what we needed done. Their pricing is EXTREMELY reasonable and, on the day of the scheduled work, even though I was not able to be home, Jean effectively communicated with me regarding the timeline and what was being done. I was very pleased when I got home to see that they did a fantastic job - removed 6 trees and stumps, ground down several other stumps we had, and trimmed the dead branches off the trees lining our 1/4 mile long driveway. They followed through on every aspect we were quoted for and left the area neat and clean (you would never even be able to tell that we ever had any trees there). Without a doubt I will be hiring this company for all my future tree needs! A+

I’m very sad to have to leave this review because I was once a very loyal customer. I’ve recommended several of my friends to use them. However, I’ve now been extremely disrespected and saddened to be treated with such bad faith. I was given a quote for an additional job to take down trees in my back yard. I even had a permit pulled. My job was pushed and pushed for months and months due to their schedule, weather, etc. I never complained and was very patient because I trusted this company and family owned business. They had done two jobs for me prior so why wouldn’t I trust them. Rob was also very knowledgeable. So I kept following up with Jean and I finally asked if they forgot about me to only get the response that they are no longer honoring the price they quoted me and I would need to pay a lot more to have the job done. This is so not okay considering they were the one causing the delay. How is this my fault they did not do the job in a timely manner. My trust and faith in this company is shattered. And I don’t think they care about their customers. Clearly they have forgotten what good customer service entails and how to be loyal and honorable.
