A neighbor of ours contracted Garden City Tree Service to remove a couple trees. When they arrived I asked Justin if they would have time to do some major trimming & reshaping on one of our trees hanging over the fence into the neighbor's yard. I received a bid immediately and they piggybacked the clean up of our tree with the neighbor's job. The 3 men did an excellent job cleaning out all the dead branches -- they were quick, very efficient, cleaned up & hauled away all branches. They worked the whole time without taking a break and were very conscientious about driving any equipment onto the lawns. We are very happy with their work and won't hesitate to call them again. Top notch tree service! Professional, family-run, quick, prepared, and they immaculately cleaned up the site. They took care of me as well as a few of my neighbors and everyone is happy with their service. The work was extremely expensive, but I'm happy with how the job turned out. Don't hesitate to call them, but get other quotes first to compare. Gave them 4 stars because of the price, but not sure what others cost to do the same work.
Amazing!! Justin came and gave me a quote at no charge and came back again before the project started to give me some advice that I asked him for. Also at no charge. Monday morning, June 30th, here they came. They were here on time and ready to work. Their professionalism, efficiency and safety exceeded my expectations. It was overwhelming to me how much they accomplished in one day. Demolished three out-buildings , pumphouse, and took down 9 big pine trees. The "big kahuna" was 80 feet tall and up next to my house. They made it look easy. I can't speak highly enough about those four men. Justin is also an excavator. I will be hiring him for excavating and cement.
Update: Garden City back again! Removed 2 "high risk" trees right next to the house and one other inside the yard. Stellar job! In less than 2 hours, in -out and not a trace left. Ground one stump to nothing and cut the other two for plant stands as I had asked. Can't say enough about the crew's efficiency and consideration for my property and what I wanted done. Thanks Again! I have used Garden City at least 3 or 4 times from 1 to many trees including high risk. Each time TOTALLY satisfied. Dale is a super nice guy, and the crew does a quick and efficient job. I'm always surprised at how fast the job is completed. If you didn't have to pay them, you'd never know they were there. :) I have used other tree "companies", and Garden City is my definite go-to for any property work.
I recently had to have a large tree removed from my front yard. I did not want to remove this well loved tree, but I had to because it was in danger of falling on my house and driveway. On the advice of a trusted friend I hired Garden City Tree Services to do the job. The Garden City Crew arrived on time and had the job done in just a few hours. I am impressed with the competency and courtesy of the crew. All members of the crew were friendly and cheerful. They did their job with enthusiasm and care. They did a number of things that left a good impression with me. They cut the tree down without dropping the limbs and breaking anything. They took the time to save parts of the tree that wanted to save for woodworking projects. They used their equipment to pull several bushes out by the roots I wanted to remove. They did not charge me to do this. They protected my windows from any damage or breakage from the stump grinding process by placing equipment in the path of any thrown debris. They removed the stump and removed all of the roots that they could without damaging the pavement on my driveway, leaving a level yard. They leveled the yard where they removed the stump. They thoroughly raked and and cleaned my yard of any debris. In fact my yard looked better after they removed the tree than before they showed up. The same applies to my driveway. They removed all of the mess and hauled it away. Garden City Tree Service did a way better job than I expected. Several members of the crew thanked me for the work. I am really glad that I hired them. I would recommend them to any of my friends who needed tree work.
