Would give a 0 if possible. Worst customer Service ever. Lined up tree service a month in advance for February 2024. Totally ignored me and never called me to tell me my date had been moved several weeks to a month. This is after I took off work to come down since it is my rental house. I told the owner Adam, I thought it was bad customer service and unprofessional for the way he handle this situation. Which I had every right to do. HE proceed to call me back use very aggressive and threatening language after I said I was going to leave a bad review. Please don't use this company for any tree services. THIS COMPANY does not value its customers and the owner has no business being a business owner. Typical son running his father's company in a hole.
