Absolute BEST experience with County Tree II today!! By the time many other tree services responded to my request for an estimate, County Tree was already at my moms house removing her fallen tree. The prompt, professional, courteous, respectful and efficient crew and office manager made a potentially stressful situation 100% stress-free. Other companies should use County Tree as a benchmark for how a business should be run.

County Tree II came out after a big storm took out 2 of my mothers huge trees. They gave us a very fair quote. Theirs was the best we received that day. They came out the next day and removed most of the damage. My mother has a beautiful garden with many statues, plants and yard art. They were very careful with all of her plants and yard art. They came back the following day and cleaned up the remaining damage storm damage. I know they were very busy with different jobs in the neighborhood since the storm took out dozens of trees throughout several streets. I would absolutely recommend them.
County Tree came and gave me a fair quote for trimming branches from three trees my yard. We had a very bad storm in the area and they had to reschedule due to emergency service; trees down all around town. Understandable. They were great about keeping me informed on when they could come and do the job. On the day they arrived to do the job, they worked around my schedule without any fuss. They trimmed the branches, cleaned up, took some extra branches I had in the yard, and even gave my dogs some treats! Top notch service.
A neighbor called for their service. This neighbor has no right to my/our private road. This company did not ask for permission to use our road to access the back of the neighbors property. The company tore down trees and brush on my next door neighbors property in order to gain access to the other neighbors property. My next door neighbor and I both told them they are trespassing. Again, this is private property. Just because it is a road, doesn't mean it is public. We pay for the maintenance of the road personally (not in taxes). This company did not seek permission to be there. The neighbor whom does not have access to the road should not have told this company it was okay without our/my consent. However, the company is lacking in due diligence and should have known this is a private road and they are trespassing. There were 3 signs at the front of our road. Now there are 2. The company knocked down the Stop sign alerting people they are not to enter the road. It is a small road, these large trucks are too big to fit on the road. Instead of fixing the sign, they took it with them to avoid conflict. So also theft. We did not know it was gone until they left. They also filled in a drainage ditch (swale) in order to access the property where they were cutting down trees. I called at least 3 times after they left for them to unclog the swale, and I know my neighbor also called. The receptionist kept saying they were coming "today" but never did. Now storm water is not draining correctly. Poor company is all aspects.
