First of all, guys did a great job taking the tree down, and clean-up. However: no one from tree team spoke to me that 1. They had arrived, 2. Asked me if everything looked according to plan when finished, 3. Knocked on my neighbors door before accessing his gate and yard, 4. Told me they were leaving, and what happens with all the wood in my yard. 5. They left my gate open when they left. Very little interaction with them, only accidentally because I went outside and they happened to notice me. The pick up guys were excellent! Great communication, told me they were there, what they were going to do, and when they were finished, and closed all gates!
We are very happy with the job done taking down our silver maple tree. The crew was prompt, courteous and did an excellent job!
While Omni Tree does schedule out further than other companies, it was worth the wait. The crew did a great job. Juan was very friendly, professional and he and his crew did a wonderful job. They cleaned up well afterwards also. A job well done at an affordable price.
