Called in the morning to ask about cleaning up a downed tree and the branches. They stopped over the same day and quickly and professionally removed the tree!! Will not hesitate to use them again and I highly recommend them!!
I’m disgusted with their communication skills. They came out April 19th and gave me an estimate on three trees. The guy said he’d be out within a week. It has now been two months of ignored phone calls and text messages and when he did answer he told me he’d get to it when he gets to it. No time or even estimated time on when he would come. I told him i wanted him to do the job so i didn’t want to go to someone else and take that away from his company. But It’s June 15th and no word of when he would show up or communicating with me about what’s going on. Terrible business.
