    UNRELIABLE - COMPLETE FLAKE - POOR WORK ETHIC - CHASING MONEY - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - Was given Jim's name as someone who could help with a remodel. Spoke to him on the phone made a plan for him to check the job site and to email him info. We emailed him he didn't respond. Two weeks later he claims he never saw the email and would come by. He finally comes by and spends our time getting all the info and has us email him again all of our ideas for the plan. After we have spent hours and a month waiting for him he says we will receive a contract from him. Then instead of a contract he randomly emails us saying a better job came along for a house and winery in pleasant valley and that he won't be able to help us after all. If this client with the house and winery had any idea of his work ethic I hope for them they are able to find someone more reliable AND PROFESSIONAL. He wasted a month of our time just to FLAKE! Now we are back to square one.

    We have had Snowline do 2 additions to our house and on both projects we were very pleased. Not only does Jim do quality work but his vision and suggestions for use of space available is amazing......so many things that we didn't even think of that Jim spotted right away and the results were beyond our expectations. He added two bedrooms for our kids which required a total demo of our vaulted ceiling and then added a 500 sf master bedroom, bathroom, office space which included a gas fireplace and deck with French doors. One of the best suggestions was using a sound proofing material for our walls and floor to minimize the noise from the rest of the house and the garage which is directly under our bedroom. We have 3 kids and they can make a lot of noise and when they have friends over is when we head to our bedroom, close the door and put on a movie and enjoy the peace and quiet that was a result of Jim's forward thinking. From A to Z Jim was a total pro and the finished product is a testament to his craftsmanship. It's not easy adding over 800 sf to a house, blowing off the roof and creating a new roof line and doing it so that the work is a seamless addition to the original structure. Well done Snowline Construction and thanks for the hand holding along the way. I would highly recommend Jim for any project!
