    About six months ago in the height of the market I reached out to about 30 different contractors for a large addition on my house. Carlson Construction NW LLC got back to me the same day. Most the other contractors blew me off or came out to look but never gave me a bid. Dillon was able to provide me a reasonable bid very quickly. His team even came to our house on a Saturday to answer all of the questions we had regarding the remodel. Unfortunately we have decided it will take us a couple years to afford the massive addition, however we are definitely going to reach back out to Carlson Construction NW LLC when we are ready to begin the project. Thank you Dillon and team for your professionalism, walking us through everything and your prompt response time. I highly recommend speaking to Dillon before deciding on a contractor.

    We hired Carlson Construction to divide the large bonus room in our new home into two bedrooms. Everything from start to finish was professional, transparent, and high-quality. The workmanship is top-notch and our family (especially the kids) are so happy with their new rooms. Dillon took the time and effort to make sure the finished product was just what we envisioned, while staying within our budget. Even though we had a relatively small project, he treated us the same as if it were a big remodel. Will definitely be using in the future for more projects!

    If we could give the company 0 stars we would. Hesitate making this review but our bathroom is only going downhill from here after a year. It’s been like this since the beginning - 6 months we just didn’t notice right away. Work: The quality for our 16K bathroom is a joke. We are still paying our bank for it. The caulking on our sinks gone. The facets are loose and water is getting into the vanity. The caulking on the tile in the shower and ceiling cracking. The caulking and painting skills around the corners horrible. The patching on our fan and cover for an outlet horrible and dented. The tile is too heavy for our bedroom wall it is actually breaking through the drywall and making holes/cracking. Our doors are made of a cheap material not even quality work. Communication: Horrible. Everyday someone new coming into our home without notification. Staff sitting outside our driveway smoking in their car or chatting. cigarettes Left behind. A week we were out of town asked them to work on the home they NEVER showed up, not once according to our neighbors. The job should have taken 4 weeks took from January - April of 2022. Excuses over excuses. Much more from this company we heard from a grape fine that this company seems professional but not even. We will not recommend or re hire them at all. We expected more from this company for the price we paid and are still paying.

    Our shower expansion was awarded to Carlson Construction LLC in Smokey Point, and they did not disappoint!! The 4x4 is absolutely stunning! The team communicated, planned, and delivered with quality work (drywall, plumbing, tiling). Our project was kept in budget, and we received immense value. They will be our next “go to”forshizle!!

    WOW! Carlson's team turned my worst nightmare into something more manageable. The owner Dillion was on point in guiding me through everything and delt with my crazy high anxiety and text messages of panic with grace. My husband and I are first time home owners. We're both nurses. 1.5 years into owning our first home we had a plumbing leak which had been going on far longer than anyone knew. we had to gut most house (kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room), all the way down to the SUPPORT BEAMS! Even having to REPLACE a major support beam that had been cut before we bought the house causing our house to sink.. risk of collapse. We had to do a floor build up, meaning extra plywood & costs. Dillion was able to get my insurance to cover EVERYTHING. He provided laws and building codes with them. A well over $200,000 project all covered by insurance cause the crew went the extra mile. Dillion went to home depot with me when they messed up my order and fought to get it right at home depots expense since insurance had already paid. I could not have imagined this nightmare happening but thankfully Dillion, Will and the whole crew were angels. 10/10 recommend! 5 star work. It's all so beautiful, extremely us.
