The worst experience ever purchasing kitchen cabinets. It’s been almost 2 months I’m waiting for a 12 inch cabinet base. The kitchen designers are the worst, she promised she could fit an island in center of kitchen. I wanted from the beginning a overhang with countertops and put 2 stools-but she insisted she can make it work. OMG it looked horrible, after dealing with that nightmare I had to return it to the store, ( I got a credit)my husband & daughter dragged the cabinet and the 2 piece island that was put together by my carpenter . I had to reschedule my countertops 3 Times because the cabinet base was supposed to be in 21st December. Now I’m waiting for January 3. I want it delivered to my house. I refuse to go up that store. My countertops are scheduled on the 4th since the cabinet is to arrive at store on 3rd. I was supposed to have countertops installed on the 29th because I thought a bunch of boxes that were delivered to my house was the cabinet. It’s a bunch of pull out drawers that I cannot use since I returned the horrendous island back. The vendor mike from American heritage cabinets was another ignorant person who I tried calling him and left messages who did nothing to help or answer me! Please consider another place before you decide to go with Home Depot. I also expect compensation after the run around I’ve experienced. Watch out the home designers (2 women) have no idea what they are doing. Once you pay for everything up front you are screwed!
