Cardinal was awesome to work with. Always kept me informed, answered all of my questions. They changed plans when I was unsure of things. Very honest on timeline. I had a flood in my upstairs bathroom that went through the floor and first floor ceiling. I received a referral to Cardinal Contracting from the restoration company, that came in to dry everything out. The experience was excellent. I met with Bob Shurtleff and Adam Shurtleff. They quickly came up with estimates. Once work began, Bob communicated daily. Bob would text me to let me know when his employees would begin work that day and the progress of each day. There were no surprises and the communication was excellent. If there were any questions, Bob would text or call me. Bob’s whole team that worked in my home were very kind and professional. The completed job came out excellent. I highly recommend Cardinal Contracting Services. I am having them back to replace doors and windows. Seamless, stress free, quality Contractors.
I can’t say enough great things about Cardinal!! From start to finish they handled every last detail after we had significant water damage in our finished basement! They guided us through every step with no worries! From the mitigation, clean-up , repairs, new flooring, & finish work! Top Notch work! Would highly recommend them.
