Your representative, Eric Salgado, visited my home within a day and proved invaluable in navigating the insurance claim process with State Farm. State Farm's initial assessment was to repair only a few shingles; however, Eric expertly highlighted the age and obsolescence of my existing roofing, ultimately securing approval for a complete roof replacement, including the carport and garage. This was a crucial step in ensuring the long-term integrity of my property. The actual roof replacement proceeded efficiently, and the finished product looks excellent. However, I did notice a significant oversight: the missing gutter aprons. While I appreciate the prompt response and rectification of this issue upon my notification, I believe a more thorough final inspection by the installation crew is essential to prevent such occurrences in the future. A comprehensive checklist at the completion of each job, focusing on all aspects of the installation, including smaller details like the gutter aprons, would significantly enhance quality control. I also want to express my sincere gratitude to Kosta and Nicole from your upper management team and financial team. Their patience and understanding were exceptional, especially given my challenging circumstances of being unemployed for eight months following the storm. Their professionalism and proactive communication throughout the financial process alleviated a considerable amount of stress during a difficult period. Their responsiveness and willingness to work with me to reach a mutually agreeable solution were greatly appreciated. In summary, my experience with C & N Construction was a mixed bag. While the quality of the roof replacement is outstanding, and the financial team provided exceptional support, improved quality control measures, specifically regarding comprehensive final inspections, would elevate your already commendable service. I recommend implementing a more rigorous checklist system to ensure all components of the project are completed according to specifications before the job is considered finished.     Amazing company to get your roof redone by! They are beyond professional on every level of being a professional from first interaction to the last. Helped out with getting my solar panels taken off to get the roof done and getting them back on. Always super nice and helpful with every interaction. It all started off with Hugo Gomez knocking on our door and giving us some information about there might be damage from the massive hail storm that past and that was that and started the process not to long after. Definitely will always recommend this company and it's people for anything!

    Horrible people. They took an insurance job for my father. His insurance adjuster quit and the company stop communicating. The supervisor took over the job. They came and picked up the check just to ghost us again. Month and a half and nothing was done. Had to have the insurance check returned $1000 short. Horrible communication with these people.
