    Alright so let me begin by saying my house is like a hundred years old and the basement is also very large and on a hill. So I had both waterproofing and the pentec floors put in. Mark and his team were super flexible and were always on time and on schedule. Ryans team was also super flexible and were able to address several issues that showed up during and after the waterproofing work. So complications and surprises did pop up along the way and additional water proofing did need to be done and in total that added an extra 9k to the bid(s). So it was a little painful to eat the extra cost but seeing the work that was done / had to be done I can say that I feel that the additional cost was fair. So i do want to give Ryans team and Mark especially some kudos because the work they did is an extremely hard job (especially with part of the basement being sunken space) and they really put in extra effort to make minimize any impact the work would have on my family and I appreciate all of the hardwork! So I would say if your looking to have the work done right and the floors to look amazing I would give Mark and Ryan a call!

    I was happy with the work Groundworks did at our home. It was done professionally and looks great! There was a slight problem with scheduling due to weather conditions but in the end they made it work.

    I just had an absolutely fantastic experience with Groundworks Seattle. Our garage floor was buckling and cracked due to soil movement under the pad. Groundworks was able to level the floor and fix all the cracks in just a few hours. Earnest the project manager and Ilia and Yuri the installers from Groundworks were incredibly helpful, very professional, and I could not be more pleased with the work they did. I already have another project I’d like them to do, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

    Pleased with my decision to engage Groundworks to remediate my driveway. Ernest, Groundworks’ Certified Field Inspector, effectively evaluated the situation, my objectives and my concerns. He was thorough and clear in describing how Groundworks would address these, and took time to confer with remote colleagues to ensure his plan was practical and reliable. Ilia, On-site Foreman, and Yuri were arrived on time to perform the work. Again, Ilia was thoroughly informed on the situation, confirmed with me the objectives and concerns, briefed me on his plan, and got to work. Ilia and Yuri were real professionals, preparing their equipment, ensuring tidiness of the work area and using a significant amount of ingenuity to “get it done” expeditiously in challenging conditions. Very positive, pleasant professional. While I hope the need never arises, if it does, Groundworks will get my call.
