We evaluated several pool companies over the course of a year. This was our first time building a pool, so we had a lot of questions. From the very first call, Tim Ryan set Hauk apart from the crowd. His design was a natural extension of the things we love about our house and included our wish list of amenities. We wanted a back yard that was kid and adult friendly. We have three girls and wanted the pool and patio areas to have something for everyone. Whether you’re building a house, pool or anything else, you’re going to face challenges and setbacks. Hauk was very responsive at every milestone and met every challenge with an adequate and timely response. While shopping for pool builders, this was the biggest unknown. Read through the reviews- Hauk is the real deal. Trustworthy and high quality service. Overall we couldn’t be happier with Hauk and working with Tim. Wherever you’re in the research process, give Tim a call and have him come by. He’ll shoot you straight and add value and help you realize your vision for the backyard of your dreams.

I will apologize for the length of this review, but this has been such a unique experience I feel the need to share as many details as possible. We are currently in the final stages of our pools construction right now (and weeks ahead of schedule I should add). We met with 5 different pool companies before a friend mentioned Hauk to us (ironically our friend did not use them when they built their pool but said they wished they had). I had pretty much settled on another company but agreed to meet with Hauk to make my wife happy. Peter came out and right away I could tell he was nothing like most of the "salesman" that had been out prior. He was not rushed, allowed me to do most of the talking and he really didn't even seem concerned about the money discussion. I explained what we were looking for, and even shared that I was pretty settled on another company already. He simply asked that we give him a few days to come up with a design for us. When we met for our follow up, I was blown away. Peter had a design for us that looked nothing like the 5 previous companies. He incorporated rock/boulder, water falls, multi level decking and outdoor kitchen features that none of the others had even considered and did so in a way that showed off the pool from multiple views within our home - a design aspect I had never even considered. We promptly came to an agreement and signed on. Seth our project manager took over once all the paperwork was complete and work commenced the very day after permits and HOA approval was received. I expected to see Seth a few times during the process but instead he reported to me on every new phase of the project, and provided updates as well in between. Between Peters incredible design and laid back, no pressure consultation, and Seth's being on top of every aspect of the build leaving virtually NO room for anything to go wrong and his 100% availability to me throughout the project, I knew we had made the right choice. I grew more and more impressed though with each new phase that took place. Every contractor was prompt, professional, clean and neat and a genuine concern for our home. Each one far exceeded what I was expecting but I would be remiss if i didn't mention the rock crew specifically. These guys took multiple 4'-6' sheets of Oklahoma flagstone and painstakingly chiseled them down into 4"-6" bits to create beautiful dry stacked walls and features. their craftsmanship and attention to detail was absolutely without compare. Everyone that sees the pool coping/edging can't believe that every inch of it was hand carved to take on the beautiful curvy shape. Their work, as well as all of the crews Hauk uses, has been truly without compare. Currently we have just plaster, and finish work to go. I just saw the friend that recommended Hauk to us a couple months back and told him that this experience with Hauk may very well be the single best purchase experience I have ever had. Between the attitude that the customer comes first, to the high level of service, professionalism, workmanship, attention to detail, and open and easy communication, my wife and I wholeheartedly recommend Hauk Custom Pools.

From the design process with Tim Ryan, we enjoyed our experience with Hauk Pools. He listened to what we needed/wanted/budget and made a design we love. Our PM Brock Brodwell was the perfect match for us. He patient, knowledge, and communication with us during the entire process was top notch. We are thankful for Jimmy at Hauk Custom Pools for providing the lighting on our pool landscaping. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy throughout the entire process. We get so many compliments on our backyard lighting.

We got quotes from multiple pool builders and chose Hauk to do our pool. From the start of the process our sales guy Tim was great. He helped with design and picking out materials. He actually listened to what we were looking for. Seth was our project manager and he was awesome. He is very prompt to respond just like Tim and very knowledgeable. They finished our pool way above schedule which was great. We know a pool is a very big investment and I would highly recommend them to anyone. As a matter of fact I have referred multiple people already and will continue. Our experience was wonderful , the Preston family thanks you Tim and Seth!
