    We had a persistent drainage/water issue along the back side of our home for several years and are very glad we chose this Trinity to address it. From the beginning, Travis and crew took the time to evaluate the actual root cause instead of immediately jumping to unnecessary work or upsells. Once excavation began, they discovered the saturation issue was much more extensive than originally expected and had to dig significantly deeper to reach stable soil. The crew handled everything professionally, communicated clearly throughout the process, and adjusted the plan appropriately to ensure the issue was corrected the right way. The final result included new drain tile, proper grading, tied-in downspouts/sump discharge, and compacted base material for future patio installation. The finished grading looks excellent and it’s clear they were focused on long-term drainage performance rather than a quick cosmetic fix. The crew worked hard, kept us informed, and left the project looking far better than expected after such a major excavation. Very happy with the experience and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
