I called to get a quote based on positive reviews on Google. He answered on the first call and said he could come next day after work. First he said 6pm, then 6:45pm. He never showed up, did not bother to text or call either. Disappointed as we prefer to use local small businesses in Soledad.
I had an electrical outage in my house and could not figure out the problem. I called LG Electric and Luis answered. I explained to him the situation and he came over within 5 minutes to assist me. Luis was very knowledgeable and professional. Although the issue was out of his control he was able to identify the problem and even called PG&E for me and explained to them what was going on. The issue was fixed and I will say if I ever have an electrical issue again I will be sure to Luis at LG Electric to assist me.
