    I’m a local realtor and had scheduled an appointment with Wooding Electric to obtain a quote for electrical repairs following a home inspection on behalf of my client. I was originally quoted $99 for the service. Shortly after making several inquiries with different companies, I received a call from an electrician (seemingly independent of Wooding Electric), who quoted me $125. I declined that offer, noting that I had already been quoted $99 elsewhere. I then confirmed an appointment with Wooding Electric for an inspection between 1:00–4:00 PM. I arrived early at the property and called their office at 12:45 PM to inform them. I was told the technician would call me 30 minutes prior to arrival. However, by 3:30 PM, no one had shown up or called, so I reached out again—only to be told that I had declined the appointment. I clarified that I had simply declined the higher \$125 quote, not the appointment I had scheduled for \$99. Unfortunately, the dispatcher I spoke with was unhelpful and seemed unaware of the situation. Communication was poor throughout the process, and the experience was frustrating. Based on this, I would not recommend this company. They were disorganized, did not honor the originally quoted price, and ultimately canceled the appointment without notifying me. Also the 5 star review listed for the company are its owner and employees.
