The installation of my solar panels went ver well. Garret and Adrian were professional, polite and efficient. Would highly recommend them!

Unfortunately the company would not stand up to their promises. The installation was quick but after that the company failed to check on the status of the next step, resulting on the panels have been not working for already 4 months since the installation. Several attempts have been made to the company to update on the process and assist with the next step, however we still are struggling to move the project along. The salesperson promised to "be there" along the way during his sales pitch but seems to be completely worthless as soon as the company got their money. As a result, we are facing double energy bill, paying for the loan and the regular electricity bill. Extremely disappointed. Will update the rating if the company comes forward to fix the issue.

Nice company to work with. Little bit more communication between workers and customers needed. Overall happy with the install. Now just waiting on evergy to give the certification to turn on.

The install was uneventful and surprisingly quick. Our project was fourteen panels and there were three men on site and it was about five hours of work. The work was tidy and looks professionally done. We are waiting on the building code inspection step and then the final inspection and acceptance from Xcel Energy, at which point our system can be energized. The building code inspection was scheduled by Blue Raven the same day the install occurred, and the inspection will be completed one week from the install date. Obviously coordinating with third parties (the city inspector and Xcel) leaves us at the mercy of the third party’s timeline, but Blue Raven did their part by immediately reaching out to get those on the calendar. Adding comments four months after my initial post after installation. The panels are still not energized and I am unclear why. Despite multiple inquiries, Blue Raven is largely unresponsive. When they do respond, it is with incomplete and evasive answers. When selecting Blue Raven we investigated the online reviews and noted delays were a frequent complaint and were repeatedly attributed to Xcel ( our energy utility provider) being slow. I inquired with Blue Raven about what they did on their end to mitigate. Their answer indicating they knew how to work with Xcel appears to be at best complete BS. Our application with Xcel was rejected multiple times after our install, for what reason I do not know as Blue Raven does not communicate. Best guess on my end is that get are hiding their failures and won’t tell me. At this point I am asking for my money back and will move on to either another provider, or just do without solar altogether.

Came door to door in our neighborhood. First guy didn’t know what he was talking about out and didn’t make sense. Basically didn’t believe me that I’ve lived in our home for 6 years as he tried to explain something about what he can offer. They eventually lied to us telling us they aren’t selling solar panels and they can get us a free savings on energy as no cost ever. Said they’d call back the next day. My husband got a call from a different member stating they’d like to discuss our interest in their solar panels… no interest in them at all. They just tried to sneak their way in at the door by stating they weren’t offering solar panels… waste of our time.

Communication was great selling me the solar system. But quickly went sour when complications arose or I need questions answered after the install
