    Called multiple times to get a quote for service. Was told they would come to my location on a specific day to look at what I needed and give an estimate. Never showed up, never contacted me. Appear unorganized. Would suggest using someone else.

    Wow!!! Contacted Brian Loyd about getting an estimate on a Generac generator and despite my limited needs he kept trying to push me to get the very biggest, most expensive system that Generac makes which was out of my budget. I reevaluated my situation and came up with another plan that would greatly reduce my electrical needs by almost 50%, thus allowing me to downsize to a much smaller unit. Many repeated attempts to contact him with text and phone calls have resulted in ZERO response from him. I'm sure that since he realizes that my budget won't allow for an $8,000 or more system, he's just not interested in dealing with me but doesn't even have the courtesy to tell me in person. Don't waste your time with them unless money is no object to you.
