We had an electrical outage in our living room that required immediate repair due to the upcoming sale of the home. We had called two other electricians who came to the home, started trouble shooting, and then said that they would need to schedule out due to not being able to find an immediate solution. Both of these companies had said they would come with a fully stocked truck and work on the issue that day - neither did. After that experience, we were so thankful to have Twin Cities Electric, LLC solve our problem. Pete was communicative about his timeline. He arrived when he said he would, found the problem after troubleshooting, and made the repairs on the same day. His transparency, professionalism, and expertise is unmatched. We'd highly recommend his services. He understood our special circumstances and worked with us to meet our needs. He was also responsive after the repair and provided the repair paperwork that we required.
We called Pete about a large electrical issue we had at our house. He was able to have a crew out the next day to check it out and they completed the 8 hour job the day after. He did a great job and I’ll continue to use him for any electrical services I need going forward!
We had two outlets installed in our closet. Pete was great to work with throughout the process. He was responsive and professional. He was also very clean and left the house as he found it as he vacuumed any drywall on the floor from installation. He also worked with the city to schedule final inspection. Easy experience with Pete!
Pete communicated very clearly and frequently. Scheduling through Google Maps is a little odd but once I figured it out, everything went smoothly. The service I had done was a ceiling electrical box needed to be upgraded from an old fiberglass to a ceiling fan rated box. I also had the fan installed to ensure everything worked correctly. Pete did an excellent job. Very professional and personable. Excellent quality work. I think the prices were fair for the quality of workmanship, professionalism, and level of service being received. His communication from start to finish was great. Something not usually found in service industry, but greatly desired. I also appreciated his suggestions on other improvements, related to the project we were doing, such as upgraded light switches for the fixture/fan. I would definitely hire Pete again for my future electrical needs.
We needed some electrical work done on our home and Pete and his apprentice were able to come out the next week. They spent all day at our house fixing and replacing many areas that needed updating and work. We plan to have them back to continue the process and also replace some light fixtures. Outstanding work, polite, and friendly. I highly recommend Pete / Twin Cities Electric.
