We asked him to install a couple outlets in locations which presented unique challenges, and Ralph was able to craft safe and compliant solutions which provided the results we were looking for without compromising the integrity of his work. Details matter, and Hartman Electric did the "little things" (screws facing the same direction, panels flush with the wall and level, wiring clean and neat, etc) that sometimes get overlooked by a larger company.
