This is the second time working with nick. We had a great experience the first time (installing more electrical outlets around the house). This time, we ordered sconces for the front door to be installed as well as motion censored stair lights. The estimate was expeditious and the quote and formed. The day of installation, the sconces were installed without complications. The installer looked at the second project (motion censored lights) and there was an unexpected turn of events where they had to take out part of the dry wall to install the lights. This was an unexpected detour. regardless, with the professionalism from nick and his team, they 1) gave us an understanding of the unanticipated problem 2) would return the very next two days to finish the project 3) would not incur an increase in project cost. they were also very transparent in regards to what they will do (patch up the dry wall after installation of lights) and what they would not do (paint over the dry wall) and we believe this to be very reasonable. Overall, I had a very sincere, honest, and hardworking team when hiring papa nick. We will definitely be using them again if more needs arise.
These guys were Awesome! Prompt responses, reasonable pricing, worked with our schedule, on time (yes even lunch), communicated about everything, cleaned up after themselves, and did a fantastic job with every thing we needed!
