On top of that, they add very high charges for troubleshooting, which in my case were significantly above market rates. They operate as a third-party service that dispatches independent electricians. The electrician they sent was excellent-professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. The entire troubleshooting and repair was completed within an hour, and the work quality was great.
