Westfall Electric is the recommended installation service for Generac standby generators in our area. They were very thorough in assessing our situation and insuring that the gas supply was adequate for our generator. The installation was on time and well done, and their maintenance service will insure that the generator performs as needed. Very impressed with their total service package.
The entire process was easy and straight forward. An estimate was given, time provided to think about it. Once approved by customer a date was set and the installation was done on that date. The Crew who installed it were very experience (have done it 100s of times) and considerate. They arrived around 9 am and were done by 5 pm. Before leaving they tested it with me and explained certain things I needed to know at that time. I certainly recommend Westfall Electric when it comes to purchasing a whole house generator. CDK
I originally found Westfall Electric by searching for a backup generator in 2016, they are a Generac dealer, I'm very glad I inquired about their services, it's been nothing but outstanding. The were quick to come out for the quote, fulfilled everything they quoted, and now every year they are out to service the generator without me requesting. Westfall has also responded during the year when I've had a question about the how the generator tests are setup or when the generator did not startup easily for the test, they are setup weekly and do so without fail. So, all in all, a great customer service company that stands behind what they install for the customer as far as this family is concerned.
