I don't know what he did is called. There were some loose wires in a switch that were causing my garage door opener and my air conditioner to not work. It was a processing finding the right wires but he did and I am so grateful after three days without air conditioning. He was efficient, answered all my questions and found the problem and fixed it. Can't ask for more than that.
They installed a new light in our pool. The 1st light they brought was the wrong one. They returned with the correct one and luckily it was less expensive. Finished the job on the day they promised and everything is working. Courteous and always work to resolve problems.

When I finally got through the woman was so rude and she was extremely mean to her child during the call so it didnt set well with me but I needed an electrician. She told me she would call me back to let me know when she can come by and she never did. tried to use this company, but they never did call me back to let me know when they can come by for repairs. Do not use this company. I ended up finding Jorgenson's Electric instead as he has a much better vibe and it cost so much less. Go with Jorgenson you will not be disappointed.
I have received excellent service from Red Mountain Electric over the past 15 years. When I have had a problem, they have been there ready to go and taken care of the issue quickly and the cost has been much less than I was expecting to pay. They have also offered proactive solutions for other issues that I have had. We love Red Mountain Electric!
I had some repairs being done and paid for by my Home Warranty I purchased from a third party company. After speaking with the electricians about what needed to be done they had one of their employees Breanne Morris call my third party home warranty company to clarify that everything would be covered under my policy. While listening to Breanne speak to my warranty rep, she was very abrasive and rude to my rep and caused a big fuss about the warranty paying her to stay at my house for 10 whole minutes while waiting for the office to get back from lunch. She was on the phone with them at 1:50 PM and they would be back from lunch at 2 o clock. Very unprofessional and rude of her to treat them that way, especially when she is calling to get APPROVAL for my home to be covered under my warranty. I will be VERY upset if my warranty company declines to approve my repairs at this point. There is no reason for a professional to treat people like that especially when calling to ask the company for a favor on MY behalf. Very very disappointed in how this grown woman chose to handle herself in business.
