    These guys do excellent work. Always detailed and thorough. They can be somewhat expensive compared to other local competitors, but are leaps and bounds better in what they deliver. The hardest part is getting hold of them. If you call their number you will need to leave a message and hope Joe (the Owner) gets back to you. They are much more responsive to contractors and folks they know and have worked with before.

    Joe and his team were excellent from proposal to job completion. We had our electric panel upgraded and had several companies submit proposals. Other companies said it would take 2 days with no power and that other things “need” to be done, so they overpriced the job. Joe mailed a detailed proposal, got the job done in one day, cleaned up afterwards and were 100% professional. Tel-Star is the best!

    local company. Fantastic service. Great customer service I see someone saying phone calls are not returned. That’s not the experience that my family has. They rewired our house. They have put in electric baseboard heaters type which work so good. I see that there is a person who was complaining about possibly not getting a hold of them. That’s not my family’s experience in anyway. As far as I know when we call. the owner picks up the phone himself and if he doesn’t pick it up, he calls back right away. But everybody has their own experiences. Ours is/was nothing like any of that. I don’t think anybody in my family uses anybody else I know my father doesn’t.they even come by and do stupid stuff for my father like putting together generators installing ring doorbells and I know that sounds like it’s nothing until you find out The generator weighs like 250 pounds or the fact we have 100 year old house and they had to rewire every wire that was cut and broken not because somebody cut them because the house is 100 years old. Their staff are unbelievably professional and polite. You never even know they’re there. You could just walk right past the room and you won’t even notice it. They do their job they clean up they leave nothing behind absolutely nothing not a single thing is left behind. They were in and out of my parents house hundreds of times throughout the course of all the jobs I’ve done and you never like I don’t know, you have to watch over them walk around with them. People do that. You don’t even consider that with them

    I've been using them for years. I called 8 times over the past week. Left 4 detailed messages with contact info, booked an online appointment and NO response. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. They used to be VERY RELIABLE. smh
