Jeff`s Kitchen put in new faucets & lines to my washer and did an excellent job at a fair price. This is the first time we`ve used them, but it won`t be our last! They were easy to schedule, professional, and did a great job. I only wish they would put "Plumbing" into their name, so more people would use their services. They showed up in a Google search, but at first I didn`t believe they were plumbers--I thought kitchen remodelers. Further checking proved me wrong, but if I hadn`t bothered checking, I wouldn`t have used them, which would be a great mistake on my part. I will DEFINITELY use them again. Michael was wonderful!! I would recommend them HIGHLY!
I wouldn’t recommend this company. My HOA recently has several buildings repiped and it’s been an absolute debacle. After repiping, they brought in drywallers who trashed several apartments in our building. The work is so shoddy with the patches being very obvious. There was no care taken to make this look like a professional job. There is texture spray on our light fixtures, mirrors, floors along with splotches of drywall mud on the walls. When my husband asked the drywallers why the areas that were patched weren’t sanded down, he was told ‘We don’t do that.’ There was also a section of baseboard cut out behind our toilet that was left completely unattended. The day after they ‘finished’ their work, we tried to do laundry and discovered that the washer hadn’t been hooked back up when it flooded our rooms, a hallway, and a closet. Jeff’s had industrial fans and dehumidifiers brought in minimize the damage, but I’m not confident that long term damage wasn’t done. When Jeff’s foreman came to view the drywallers work due to complaints from many residents, he provided only excuses. He said that filling in and patching up exposed pipes under our sinks was a ‘gray area’ and the assumption is that it has to be covered by the owner’s dime. He said that while they’re great plumbers, they’re not great at cleanup. If repiping is their specialty, cleanup and ensuring that the companies they partner with should also be a major consideration when hiring this company. They aren’t ‘great’ plumbers if they can’t provide great cleanup as well. Editing in response to the below: we never had a phone conversation with Jeff’s. They don’t even have our contact information and have not tried to reach out to us. It’s clear that they are confusing us with another tenant who had issues with this project.
I am sooo impressed with this company! They were referred by a friend when I had an emergency plumbing issue an hour before I was leaving town. Jeffrey was the technician, he called when he was on his way, he called when he got there and assessed the situation, and gave me the cost of repairs. He had the job done quickly and professionally. He was polite, communicative, and efficient. I hope I never have another plumbing emergency but these are the folks I will call if I do!
I called Jeff’s on a Saturday evening after a plumbing issue prevented me from having running water. Chris came out quickly and assessed the situation. They quoted me a great price, considering it was after hours on a weekend. Even after the job ended up being more difficult and time consuming than initially believed due to the way the house was built, the price stayed the same. Chris was professional and courteous, taking the time to ensure that I was satisfied with the work. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Jeff’s again or recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing services.
Jeff and his crew are great. I had my home repiped after a big leak. I am glad I found Jeff and his crew online. Not only was the quote less than everyone else but the products they used were superior to the piping other companies are using to cut costs. One of Jeff's guys came back later to re-set the toilet after the interior repairs were finished. Did a great job and even adjusted the flush valve so it works much better. It has been a year since the repipe. Absolutely no problems. Recently had an outside leak in the ground between the meter and the house. The tech found the leak fast and had it dug out and fixed in no time. And as always the price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend Jeff and his crew for all plumbing work!
Our property manager called 12 "emergency" plumbers and no one could come. We finally called our local water company to come and shut off water to the house so we could at least stop the damage. I found Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond number through a Google search and they answered right away. He let me know that his on-call plumber was over an hour away, and he reminded me that a Sunday call was time-and-a-half. I agreed, and he sent Chris. Chris called to let me know he was on his way, and was very prompt, considering the travel time. He was professional, friendly, and took care of the situation. I asked him to look at the surrounding pipes, and he showed me areas where we could have problems in the near future, and suggested a fix for it. The pipes look great! The charge was $250, which seemed reasonable to me, but I didn't put a price "grade" on my review because I have no experience with plumbing prices here in the Orlando area. All in all, this was a very professional company and I would call them again. Way to go, Chris, and Jeff's!
