I have had 2 guys fix one leak and give two estimates for the same project. They have canceled on me 6 times!! They say they will reschedule, never do. I call, I text.etc. Will was supposed to fix my issues 3 weeks ago. He canceled because he got behind and than he had a family emergency. Family comes first, I felt bad and of course said we could reschedule. He said he would call me the next week. Fast forward till now. I have left him 2 voicemail and one text. Today I got a hold of Jon (the other plumber). He said he is sorry Will is on vacation and he is booked 3 weeks out and that I should find another plumber. Wow!! They don't feel sorry about you waiting or appreciative your business. They win by default! There business is in high demand, they make more $ on the quick emergency and turn over. Sad but true
Very pleased with the work performed. First, I had a plumbing emergency (shower handle broke and we couldn't turn off the shower without turning off the whole house). They squeezed me in to their busy schedule and made it out to rescue us. We hired them to come back to relocate our whole house water filter system. They listened to what we were trying to accomplish, and did exactly what we wanted. I will definitely seek their services for any future plumbing needs!
Had them put in new hookups for our washing machine in a different room. They responded quickly and showed up on time. Out of the companies we called, they were the most reasonably priced. Very nice and professional. Will be calling them for any future plumbing needs.
