    $343 for one sweat on a 1/2 inch line going to washer. The "tech" aka master plumber with skill and time worth gold originally "quoted" $445 to fix it. After I stopped laughing he then said he forgot to check a coupon box and mysteriously lowered the price another $50. Stating he lowered it to a non severe plumbing issue. One sweat 1/2 in line $343. Let that sink in before calling. I did approve the work as to not have my tenants with small children bothered by more traffic. Just glad they will never be in one of my properties again.
