John Ingalls did a great job on my drain snaking. He arrived early, was courteous, and knowledgeable as well as very personable. He also identified a problem that I didn’t even know I had. I highly recommend his services .
Uriah was a great technician I would reccommend requesting him for all your needs he knows his work as far as a dispatcher go. They are terrible. They’re not truthful with you. They give you a time that is not true. They leave you on the phone hanging. They really need to be educated better on how to handle customer service but like I said, the technician was great.
Called local number twice. Calls tranferred to call center in India. Couldn't understand him and he refused to transfer me to the PA location, stating "You cannot speak to a technician. We do not do business that way." Called another local plumber at a local number. Spoke to a very nice woman who said "We always answer the phone. No call center here. We all live and work in Delaware County. Sorry you went through that with another business. Let's get you a free home inspection right away." Guess who I hired.
They were able to accommodate my service call request within a short period of time. They were able to replaced my garbage disposal quickly and efficiently. Dave Henderson the technician has given me a 10% discount as well. He’s very nice and very attentive. I highly recommend Len Plumbing.
From the very beginning Jamin was very helpful, addressing a leak that needed immediate attention. His incite and constant follow ups are a reflection of the professionalism that everyone looks for in these types of situations. I would highly recommend for anyone in need of similar repairs.
They charged $250 just to light my pilot light and the technician claimed that he lit the pilot light on my water heater, but my water heater pilot light was never off. And he kept insisting that it was my water heater that needed to be lit! But I told him that that is a brand new water heater and that it been working fine and we've had hot water. It was obvious that he was not an honest man. I needed my pilot light lit on my boiler not my water heater! He also charged an extra $49.00 for a service fee then just before he leaves asks me to give him a good review. I will be talking to the heads of Len The Plumber of the next couple of days.
