My wife stopped by to pick up a commode handle to replace a broken one and the staff was extremely helpful and had her out the door in minutes. I’ve had this same experience the times I’ve needed help. Very knowledgeable and courteous staff. We’re blessed to have them in Terrell.
I recently contacted this plumbing store and had a very poor experience with a representative named Jack. I kindly asked for two things: first, to speak with someone who could assist us in Spanish—he was unable to help, which was understandable. But when we then asked if he could use Google Translate to read a short message we had sent via email, he told us he didn’t have time to open a browser and copy/paste the text. What could have been a simple transaction worth a few thousand dollars was lost due to Jack’s unwillingness to make even a minimal effort. He told us he had other customers and showed no interest in helping or following up. There was no offer to call back or get someone else to assist—just a clear lack of care or professionalism. Customer service matters, and unfortunately, this experience made it clear that our business was not valued here.
